As CEO and founder, he transformed Parkview from a startup operation into a nationally recognized direct private lender with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. Under his leadership, the firm has originated and serviced more than $4 billion in financing across multifamily, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and condominium developments throughout the United States.
What distinguishes Rahimian from others in the industry is his unique perspective as a third generation real estate developer and general contractor. Before launching Parkview, he personally completed more than $350 million in commercial and residential development projects.
