Adam Weissburg is one of the leaders of Cox Castle’s Finance Practice Group and is a prominent transactional attorney who regularly represents borrowers and lenders in all facets of real estate finance.
Weissburg’s lending clientele ranges from local banks to some of the larger financial institutions in the United States, including banks, debt funds, insurance companies and private lenders. On the borrower side, Weissburg represents local developers, institutional owners of real estate, and public and private REITs. In connection with both transactions, he often is called to structure mezzanine and senior secured real estate facilities, including with respect to splitting loans, secondary market activity and inter creditor issues. He also has extensive experience in workouts and loan amendments.
