Cabo has helped clients solve some of the most critical financial and strategic challenges by understanding their goals and objectives and creating solutions that would achieve the best possible outcomes for their next chapter of growth. She has been instrumental in both originating and executing sell-side M&A transactions for the firm. Cabo’s notable recent deals include Barton Perreira (acquired by Thélios) and Los Angeles Reproductive Partners (acquired by InTandem Capital Partners).
