Brian Little is a managing director in the Consumer M&A advisory practice for Kroll and is based in the Los Angeles office. Little leads the firm’s consumer efforts on the West Coast in addition to heading up its global apparel practice. He has over 22 years of experience advising middle-market clients on mergers and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity. Over the past decade, Little has closed over 40 transactions with total related transaction value in excess of $3 billion.
Little’s most recent deals include advising Cinq a Sept on its sale to Brand Velocity Group; HATCH on its growth equity investment from Marquee Brands; advising Cosabella on its sale to Calida; advising Rossignol on its divestiture of Felt to Pierer Mobility; advising Maui & Sons on its sale to Trimark; and advising For Love & Lemons on its partnership with Victoria’s Secret.
