Sindy Spivak is senior vice president, West Region executive for Bank of America’s Community Development Bank, overseeing the financing of affordable housing. With over 30 years of commercial real estate and finance experience, Spivak leads a team of community development bankers who provide financial solutions to create and preserve quality affordable multi-family housing developments.
Spivak’s team provided $675 million in financing to create or preserve 800 affordable housing units for working families, lower-income and vulnerable individuals such as seniors, veterans, and formerly homeless. Over the past five years, the team has also provided more than $2.1 billion in construction financing and low-income housing tax credit equity.
