Inglewood’s Hollywood Park development continues to fill out, with management announcing a new slate of eateries to come.
In the coming months, the development will see openings for American restaurant The Melt, the Mediterranean Panini Kabob Grill, Chinese eatery Lan Noodle, Louisiana fried chicken chain Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and the boutique Rhythm Bar and Lounge. The new operations will take up more than 13,000 square feet of new leases at the mixed-use center, which was developed by the Los Angeles Rams and SoFi Stadium owner Stan Kroenke.
“Building on the great food and beverage offerings already available at The Meeting Spot, COSM and Cinépolis, Hollywood Park continues to develop as a full-service destination whether you work in the office building, live at our near-fully leased apartment buildings, work out at Iconix Fitness or are on-site enjoying the plethora of unique entertainment across our multiple venues,” said Otto Maly, president of Kroenke Holdings, in a statement. “With the Kali Hotel under construction and us breaking ground on the new Hollywood Park Studios soon, the momentum is palpable at our city-within-a-city.”
Other storefronts opening soon include Phenix Salon Suites, Code Next Lab and a Verizon store. The center also will host its inaugural Film Festival at Hollywood Park in October.

Keck Medicine of USC and UCLA Health made a significant advance in surgical medicine last month: the world’s first in-human bladder transplant.
Dr. Inderbir Gill, the founding executive director of USC Urology, and Dr. Nima Nassiri, director of UCLA’s Vascularized Composite Bladder Allograft Transplant Program, completed the procedure at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The eight-hour surgery replaced the patient’s kidneys and bladder, nearly all of which had previously been removed as part of cancer treatments, thus leaving him dialysis-dependent for seven years.
“Transplantation is a lifesaving and life-enhancing treatment option for many conditions affecting major organs,” Gill said, “and now the bladder can be added to the list.”
The transplanted bladder and kidneys were recovered at OneLegacy Transplant Recovery Center in Azusa.
