Interior Removal Specialist, Inc. (IRS Demo), the leading Southern California company for eco-friendly interior demolition and recycling, announced a new executive team to meet the expanding demolition market and growth in the demo and recycling industry.
As Principal and President of IRS Demo, Charlie Herrera will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the company and maximizing business opportunities to ensure the company’s longevity. Charlie has been with the company for over 10 years, proving his effectiveness at drawing business opportunities and implementing successful growth strategies.
Ernie Herrera, Principal and Senior Vice President, will lead the sales department and work closely with operations to ensure that projects are completed successfully. Ernie began his time at IRS Demo in the recycling yard and has proven his capabilities while overseeing the sales department and mentoring team members.
IRS Demo announced two additional promotions – Manuel Mendez to Vice President of Operations and Vicky Herrera to Vice President of Business & Financial Affairs and HR. In their new roles, Manuel will be responsible for upholding the profitability and values of the organization by leading business operations, and Vicky will oversee company finances, business affairs, and human resources. The company also brought on two new hires, Tommy McAndrews as Head of Sales and Marketing and Pollyanna Deoliveira as Project Manager.
