Los Angeles-based partner Tania Moyron is well-known for her skill and finesse in both out-of-court and in-court restructurings spanning a variety of industries including health care, retail, entertainment, trucking and real estate. In addition, she leads Dentons’ Practice Group Diversity Partners initiative for RIB.
Among Moyron’s successful representations has been her work leading the Dentons team that obtained victory for Borrego Community Health Foundation, a federally qualified nonprofit health care center that operated 18 clinics in Southern California providing vital medical service to almost 100,000 low income and rural patients throughout 300,000 visits annual. Moyron and Dentons obtained orders from the US Bankruptcy Court approving a major sale and a comprehensive settlement with the California Medi-Cal program on behalf of Borrego that led to the client being able to maintain its ability to provide healthcare to communities that would otherwise have been without care.
