MOE KESHAVARZI

Moe Keshavarzi is an immigrant success story. He grew up in Iran during the Iran-Iraq war and moved to the United States at the age of 14. He arrived in the United States not speaking a word of English but went on to graduate with an Honors Degree in English Literature from San Diego State University and cum laude from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
Keshavarzi has been practicing at Sheppard Mullin since 2004. He is a trial and appellate litigator and represents healthcare entities and insurers in complex civil disputes. He also represents and counsels clients in connection with governmental investigations and regulatory enforcement actions, in litigation involving challenges to statutes and regulations on constitutional grounds, and in compliance with state and federal laws applicable to health plans and insurers such as the Knox-Keene Act and the Affordable Care Act.
