Kevin Ehrhart is the founding partner of Kirkland & Ellis’ California real estate practice and considered one of the most dynamic attorneys in the industry.
In response to increased demand on the West Coast, Ehrhart joined Kirkland in early 2017 to help grow the firm’s Real Estate platform, both globally and in Califor- nia, and has led several high-profile matters.
Notably, Ehrhart led the largest-ever private real estate transaction globally for longtime client, Los Angeles-based GLP Capital Partners in the $18.7 bil- lion sale of its logistics business to Blackstone, which included logistics properties across three separate GLP US funds and 179 million square feet of urban logistics assets located throughout the US. Ehrhart represents private equity funds, investment advisors, privately held and publicly traded real estate companies, offshore investors and others in matters relating to their real estate investments and strategies.
