Dan Miller is one of the founding partners of
Miller Barondess, LLP, a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in litigation, including trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations in California and around the country. Miller is an accomplished trial lawyer with a record of success in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in California and across the country.
As Miller’s firm continues to grow, having added four new partners and 12 new associates within the last year, he remains committed to mentoring the firm’s young lawyers to help them become top trial lawyers. Miller is involved in all aspects of managing the firm, including business development, training, recruiting and strategic planning for growth of the business. He formed an Associates Committee which meets regularly with partners and provides an avenue for associates to play a role in shaping the firm’s future. Miller has exten- sive experience in the real estate sector.
