Bryan C. LeRoy has built a thriving California legal practice thanks to a rare and impactful combination of attributes: an ability to assess the landscape from a variety of perspectives, an unflagging commitment to the people he serves, and a personal and professional investment in his community. Each of these characteristics is evident in LeRoy’s work as an Affordable Housing and Real Estate partner in Nixon Peabody’s Los Angeles office and in his life outside of work. LeRoy represents private and public entities in zoning, land use, environmental compliance, energy and infrastructure and other property development matters.
The law is LeRoy’s second career, but his community focus was clear from the start. After graduating college, LeRoy worked in a variety of consulting and public policy roles, focusing on building consensus for positive change. He soon realized he could contribute even more effectively as a lawyer.
