Bradford Hughes has been a dynamic leader at Clark Hill. He leads the firm’s Transportation Practice Group and is member-in-charge of the San Diego office, shuttling between his LA home base to oversee growth and management at the firm’s southern outpost. In addition to managing an impressive number of litigation matters that are business-critical for his clients, he serves as vice chair of the Trucking Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
A well-known industry leader, Hughes educates and presents to motor carriers and logistics companies across Canada and the United States regarding litigated, transactional and regulatory compliance. He is a faculty member at the Transportation Claims College based in Baltimore, Maryland, and routinely provides updated and cutting-edge instruction to motor carriers and their insurers around the country regarding litigation in California.
