Recently named co-chair of Loeb & Loeb, Arash Khalili is an active dealmaker handling complex corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. His experience extends across a wide range of industries including media, entertainment, sports, technology, fashion, food and beverage, and health and wellness.
Also serving as co-chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Capital Markets and Corporate Department, one of the largest groups at the firm, Khalili’s is a trusted business and legal advisor, structuring and negotiating complex deals in the US and abroad for his clients. He advises some of the most recognized companies, individuals and brands. In the last year, Khalili has worked on a number of high-profile transactions, including on behalf of Vin Di Bona Productions, the production company behind “America’s Funniest Home Videos” and its entertainment studio, FishBowl WorldWide Media, in their majority stake sale to an investor group led by Clarion Capital Partners.
