Tom Schulte has been a practicing CPA in Southern California for over 40 years. In 1997, he became the managing partner of Los Angeles-based RBZ where he led a team that generated triple-digit growth. Less than two decades later, he and other leaders at the firm helped shaped the deal that brought RBZ to Armanino, at the time a top 25 national public accounting firm (now 19th by revenue). As the firm’s Southern California market leader, he helped oversee growth from one office in West LA to five throughout Los Angeles County (and a sixth in Orange County).
After specializing in not-for-profit work for most of his career (where he empowered more than 100 clients), Schulte transitioned to Armanino’s Growth Office in 2022. Today, he’s responsible for the firm’s continued success in growing the Southern California business and is charged with growing the firm’s highly respected not-for-profit practice from coast to coast.
