Dee Dee Owens is a partner in KPMG’s Los Angeles Office and serves as the Pacific Southwest advisory market leader. In this role, she is responsible for providing the best resources to each client and working to help ensure KPMG delivers the highest level of quality.
In her more than 20 years of experience, Owens has focused on serving clients with complex information technology initiatives by providing quality assurance, technical advisory and system/project assessment services. Owens was appointed in 2020 by Governor Newsom to serve as a board member of the California State Board of Accountancy. In addition, she has been a speaker at local and international ISACA events, Institute of Internal Auditor Share Forums, and the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors Annual Conference. Owens plays an active role in the community, participating with United Way initiatives to lift women and girls out of poverty.
