Debbie Kim is EY partner with over 20 years of experience serving EY clients in consumer products, retail, real estate, manufacturing, technology, and various sectors in media and entertainment, including cable network, broadcasting, professional sports, film and entertainment, and newspaper/magazine/book publish- ing. Her clients have included closely held businesses, private (pre-IPO), inbound, joint ventures, and public companies.
Kim advises business owners and management on domestic and international tax accounting, planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, indirect taxes and global tax compliance matters. She also assists high net-worth individuals and their family offices regarding various financial planning matters, including the following: establishing tax-efficient structures, implementing operational tax strategies, collaborating with various tax advisors, advise on tax reporting matters, and assisting stakeholders with evaluating tax-effective investments and new ventures.
