Calvin Hedman has over 40 years of experience as a CPA. As founder and managing partner of Hedman Partners LLP, he is responsible for all aspects of quality assurance, client service, firm operations and firm vision and strategy. In addition to providing attest and tax services to his clients, Hedman provides consulting expertise in a variety of areas, including business planning, estate and succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
With his extensive merger and acquisition experience, Hedman holds a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor credential. This designation allows him to assist his clients when they are acquiring or selling a business. He also holds a California real estate broker’s license and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority license for investment banking transactions. Under his leadership, the firm boasts over 35 team members, including seven partners, and is one of the preeminent public accounting firms in southern California.
