Kecia Alexander is a dynamic Human Resources executive with over 20-years of experience leading both corporate and field operational teams. Kecia is currently the Deputy Chief of Human Capital at Think Together, the California nonprofit dedicated to changing the odds for kids through expanded learning and equity-based education solutions, where she leads employee relations, HR field operations, HR management systems, and the total rewards organizational departments. She has also held HR leadership roles at Williams-Sonoma, Southern California Edison and Comcast. Kecia holds a BS in Business, a Masters in Applied Leadership & Management and multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-CP, SPHR-CA, sHRBP and LDSS.
