With a drive that stems from a deep sense of responsibility and integrity, Yolanda Andas is an exemplary woman of the construction industry who manages numerous fast paced projects over multiple sites. Andas has been an instrumental part of the growth of W.E. O’Neil’s Special Projects Group. Consequently, she has successfully grown from an assistant project manager to a senior project manager.
Andas has proven ability to not only grow a market, but to grow the company overall. Her earlier career highlights included running a $15 million project on her own. With the success of one project and other subsequent projects contracted, she eventually hired and grew her own team. During her eight years at W.E. O’Neil, Andas has worked in many roles from estimating, superintendent, scheduling, and project management, bringing an experience to the team that is trusted at all levels.
