Gookin is effective at fostering an inclusive environment and advancing career development opportunities for women and minorities in the industry. Her experience touches all aspects of project development and execution, from environmental clearance through construction phases, including acting as an owner representative on a program management contract in San Bernardino County. She has been recognized for providing gold-standard transformational leadership to drive the successful execution of several complex construction projects. Among her achievements, Gookin has effectively advanced a multi-year multibillion-dollar transit project and maintained positive client partnerships while managing and successfully resolving significant DB Contract change orders.
