Monica Castellanos has built a successful, two-decade international career as a female engineer and technology expert. Her most successful and pioneering accomplishments include a wide array of experience in the planning, design, and implementation of intelligent transportation systems projects, including integrated corridor management, smart infrastructure, advanced traffic management systems, advanced traveler information systems and toll collection systems.
