As chief estimator for Shawmut’s West region, Rabinovich leads the team of 10 estimators to provide clients with the most complete picture of the resources required to execute construction efforts smoothly and efficiently. And in a market where supply chain issues and escalation present ever-evolving challenges, Rabinovich draws on her preconstruction experience to provide solutions and safeguards against market volatility to provide as much predictability of outcome as possible.
Rabinovich is a mentor and resource to Shawmut’s estimating team, dedicating any free time to help accelerate their growth.
