After dedicating herself to a lifelong career of working hard and constantly learning, Sanchez is now managing multi-million-dollar projects at Howard Building Corporation.
Sanchez’s resilience and dedication in a position mostly dominated by men has not been easy, but her calm leadership has made her an asset to every project. She has been instrumental in the success of several recent projects by utilizing her proactive and inquisitive nature to navigate a volatile market. This has led to an emphasis on item procurement and project tracking, which has ultimately resulted in minimized schedule impacts and cost-efficient solutions. Sanchez’s productive relationships with staff, subcontractors, and clients have yielded impressive results in projects such as Pluto TV, Syska Hennessy Group, CoreTrust, American Legion, and Nossaman.
