Katherine Hall is a talent partner at DPR Construction, one of Los Angeles County’s leading self-performing general contractors. In her role, Hall leads employee development and the employee experience for DPR in Southern California through one-on-one and team coaching, facilitating trainings and workshops, and supporting DPR’s strategic vision for talent development. Throughout her eight years at DPR, Hall has worked on technical projects ranging from $5 million to $500 million in the life sciences, healthcare, and advanced technology markets.
Hall has also filled roles in operations as project manager and design manager, most recently managing the buildout of Theragent, a cell and gene therapy manufacturing facility in Arcadia. Design, permitting and construction was conducted in 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic and with partners located across the country. The project won the ENR California “Best Manufacturing Project” and a national award of merit from the Design-Build Institute of America.
