During her 24 years in the business, Holguin has worked on a diverse array of successful healthcare, education, commercial and parking structure projects in Southern California. She ascended from project engineer to her current position as vice president by working hard, staying true to herself, and being honest, forthcoming and a collaborative partner with all project stakeholders. In her current role, she provides business unit planning and leadership, recruiting, bid strategy and execution, owner/customer relationships, management and strategic vision to lead design and construction teams to deliver results for clients in California.
Holguin is well known in the industry and highly regarded by her clients, project partners and colleagues for her impressive track record, her knowledge in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, pre-construction and strong construction operations.
