Anne Fletcher is the managing principal at one of the largest architecture and engineering companies in the world. During her five years in Los Angeles, the practice has been delivering over $2 billion dollars’ worth of projects in planning, design or construction across the commercial, corporate, science/technology, healthcare and aviation sectors.
Under Fletcher’s tenure, HOK Los Angeles is designing projects for clients such as Sony Pictures and Television, Brookfield, Air Lease Corporation and Longfellow Real Estate Partners along with numerous other life science, media and tech clients. The practice has also delivered in other sectors including the MRT Behavioral Health Center, USC’s first LEED Platinum building, and the City of Hope Orange County at Five Point Gateway Hospital. Currently, Fletcher is the joint venture executive for the HOK+Arup team serving as the principal architect for Los Angeles World Airport’s Design and Planning On-Call Agreement for LAX and VNY.
