Exceptional Children’s Foundation (ECF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Rayner as Chief Development Officer. Lauren brings 20 years of nonprofit fundraising and management experience in healthcare, housing and disabilities services. She holds an MBA from the University of Utah.
