Albright, Yee & Schmit is an employee-driven and managed law firm. Employees determine who is hired, what cases the firm takes on and which lawyers are best suited for each particular case. All employees interact with the clients as necessary. Employees determine salary, raises, and all other aspects of the business. Employees are not locked into particular vacation days and are free to take time as needed. The staff and attorneys at Albright, Yee & Schmit love the team-building culture of the firm and the comradery between employees and management. Employees are encouraged to take time off, even when they are feeling great but just want to take time to enjoy life. The firm sponsors sports teams in which the employees participate. The firm’s salary/bonus scale ranges from $130 to $300.
