Marshall Camp is a skilled trial lawyer and a former federal prosecutor who handles complex, high-stakes business disputes. Camp has prevailed as lead or trial counsel in cases across the nation, including, a recent landmark trial victory for Endo Pharmaceuticals in a closely watched $50 billion California opioid case alleging public nuisance, unfair competition, and false advertising. He also won a complete dismissal of a putative securities class action on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers; and recently obtained a complete dismissal of felony charges against a prominent attorney and former principal of the Jacoby & Meyers law firm following a lengthy evidentiary hearing.
