Jim Feeney is a trial lawyer with a national reputation. He has represented corporations and individuals in countless high-stakes trials and serves as the go-to trial attorney for some of the world’s largest companies. During the course of his 50-year career, Jim has been involved in more than 2,500 cases and tried more than 75 cases to verdict. He maintains an active trial practice, including five trials to verdict in recent years.
Feeney often handles high-stakes matters for the automotive industry, media companies, real estate developers, and equipment leasing and insurance companies. Among his most recent successful representations as lead trial counsel include a defense verdict in a three-week jury trial of a nationwide class action of truck dealers suing an automobile manufacturer for $2 billion for a failure to sell company products at published prices; and a $47.3 million verdict against a supplier for recall and warranty costs.
