Sierra Elizabeth is a top litigation and trial lawyer and one of the few African American female equity partners at a major law firm in California. She serves as lead counsel in some of the biggest civil litigation in the country and securing high-profile litigation wins. There are few minority attorneys that have led as many trials in so short of time as Elizabeth as she continues to become a dominant force in the courtroom.
Among Elizabeth’s recent successes has been her work representing 3M in lawsuits involving 3M’s Combat Arms Earplugs version 2 (CAEv2). The matters were part of the largest multidistrict litigation in U.S. history. As co-lead trial counsel for 3M, she not only secured a complete defense verdict in May 2021 in the second bellwether trial but again in October 2021 in the fifth bellwether trial.
