Specializing in price-fixing investigations and merger clearance, she has helped clients—including some of the nation’s largest, bestknown and industry-leading companies—navigate the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program in cartel enforcement matters, counseled clients through changes to enforcement priorities including no-poach agreements and interlocking directorates, and worked to secure merger clearance for transactions across a range of industries.
Wilberforce’s notable public matters include representing a major natural gas company in DOJ investigation of leasing practices; representing an auto parts manufacturer in navigating investigations by the DOJ and the European Commission; and representing a financial institution in a class action.
