Jason Wilson joined Willenken LLP shortly after the firm’s formation in 2002. Wilson is an Asian American partner who represents Fortune 500 companies and other leading businesses in high-profile trials and complex commercial and intellectual property litigation matters in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, utility, retail, and energy.
With over 30 years of practice, Wilson is a winning force in the courtroom. He draws on a unique background that combines substantial trial experience (including trying 15 civil matters and one criminal matter) with deep appellate experience (including over 25 appellate matters with numerous appellate oral arguments—including before the California Supreme Court). Wilson’s extensive experience, in both trial litigation and appeals, provides significant advantages to his leading clients, including Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), Walgreens, Starbucks, Hilton, and McDonald’s; just to name a few.
