Jaelyn Edwards Judelson is a highly regarded emerging leader in the firm’s renowned international trade practice—playing key roles in business-critical engagements and the development of award-winning, cutting-edge tools for key clients; co-chairing the firm’s Black Firmwide Resource Group; and serving on the firmwide and Los Angeles office diversity, equity and inclusion committees.
Judelson has built a thriving practice focused on advising technology and software companies, including regarding the application of encryption regulations in the development and regulation of apps, cloud computing platforms and artificial intelligence products. She also advises multinational corporations and manufacturers of military goods and commercial electronics operating in the technology and defense space. Her work is particularly valuable to the firm’s clients who are navigating novel national security initiatives and related regulations to meet those aims. Judelson has consistently pursued innovative approaches in helping clients address legal and business challenges.
