Sweiss continued to stay up-to-speed on the ever-changing legal landscape employers faced. She has been a go-to source for reporters and presented over 150 webinars and contributed to at least 60 COVID-19 subject-matter articles. She continues to serve the community by providing timely information on changing federal, state and local laws and continues to be a trusted resource internally and externally. She is continuously tapped to present and provide insights in articles and publications on employment law topics.
Sweiss is also a trusted litigator and focuses on defending employers in complex class action wage and hour lawsuits, as well as representative lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.
