Aseasoned litigator in Fisher Phillips’ Los Angeles office, Christopher Gelpi focuses on providing comprehensive employment counsel with zeal, advocacy and understanding. Gelpi represents clients in employment litigation matters involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, unfair competition and restrictive covenants. He has extensive experience representing businesses in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and before the Equal Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the National Labor Relations Board’s Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Gelpi has defended employers in numerous wage and hour class action lawsuits, in litigation related to worker classification issues and employment benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and in Private Attorney General Act lawsuits.
