In the past 18 months, Robinson has further strengthened her real estate legal practice, frequently handling significant portfolio transactions across a wide range of asset types. These include office and industrial, multifamily, land for residential development, retail and mixeduse projects – many of which include properties in several states. She recently represented an investment firm in its joint venture recap acquisition of 26 industrial properties located in seven states. She led the effort to negotiate the acquisition documentation and consummate the joint venture and loan assumptions on behalf of the client.
