As GHJ’s Private Equity Practice Leader, David serves clients across the U.S., ranging from smaller family offices to established multi-disciplinary funds. He has over 15 years of experience in finance, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. For nearly six years, David has been a key member of GHJ’s Advisory Practice, Transaction Advisory Practice and Business Resiliency Taskforce. This promotion is a testament to GHJ’s commitment to developing innovative leaders.

Based in Buffalo, N.Y., Andrew is the Firm’s first partner based outside of California. Andrew brings over 15 years of public accounting experience with industry expertise in health and wellness, manufacturing and distribution, high net worth and real estate. His deep tax expertise and passion for mentoring others make him a valuable asset for both GHJ’s clients and employees. Andrew exemplifies GHJ’s commitment to meet employees and clients where they are through hybrid and remote work. Over the past several years, GHJ has grown into a national operation with accounting and advisory professionals across the country.
