RAEVEN FLORES, AIA
With nearly three decades of experience, Raeven has led the design of affordable multifamily, senior, and special-needs housing, as well as Federally Qualified Health Centers. During her 23 years at Abode Communities, she helped deliver more than 2,000 affordable homes. Her collaborative, holistic approach is grounded in the belief that accessible, well-designed environments create purposeful communities.
DEREK LEAVITT, AIA
Derek brings more than 25 years of experience as an architect, developer, builder, entrepreneur, and housing advocate in Los Angeles. He has led more than 60 residential projects and has built his career around finding practical ways to expand housing production. His experience includes affordable and mixed-income multifamily housing, small lot subdivisions, accessory dwelling units, modular construction, and other forms of “missing middle” housing.
