As a partner at Holland & Knight and the founding co-chair of the firm’s nationally active landbanking practice, she has emerged as a leader in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions that directly support the development of thousands of homes nationwide.
One of Alonzo’s most significant career accomplishments is her leadership in the landbanking space. Since 2021, she and her team have closed more than $6 billion in landbanking transactions, enabling the development of more than 60,000 homes across multiple markets.
