Jessica Babrick is a managing director, member of the Management Committee , and is the chair of the Litigation Department at Weinstock Manion. Babrick resolves disputes involving trusts, estates, probate and conservatorships for Los Angeles’ most wealthy constituents. She is known for being a fervent advocate for her clients, and works closely with them to efficiently and effectively handle claims that often never make it into the public purview.
Babrick represents beneficiaries, fiduciaries and financial and charitable institutions in a wide variety of contested trust and probate matters, and works closely with them to efficiently and effectively resolve claims concerning breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, lack of capacity and the validity of wills and trusts.
