Alison Plessman leads or co-leads many of Hueston Hennigan’s highest profile matters and has cemented a reputation as one of the state’s top litigators. Her practice ranges from multibillion-dollar wildland fire and debris flow litigation to high-stakes copyright infringement, contract, defamation, employment, securities fraud and trade secrets disputes. She also advises clients on their most sensitive and confidential internal matters.
Plessman is co-leading the team defending PacifiCorp in numerous high-stakes lawsuits stemming from the September 2020 “Labor Day Fires” that burned over 500,000 acres across eight counties. Plessman and her team have achieved multiple pre-trial and trial wins and obtained favorable pre-trial resolutions with nearly 2,000 plaintiffs to date.
