Michael Dreibelbis has been elected a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles. A member of the Environment, Land & Resources Practice, he advises private equity sponsors and other investors and project developers on complex offtake agreements and other investments relating to energy transition, with an emphasis on carbon capture and sequestration, low-carbon fuel supply and certification, California cap-and-trade compliance, and voluntary carbon offset transactions.
