Wendy On took over as co-managing partner after the sudden passing of Fineman West & Co’s founder and managing partner of over 20 years during the pandemic in 2021. Her leadership has been crucial in guiding the firm through challenging times and she has done so with a focus on inclusivity, community engagement, and staff development. Under On’s leadership, the firm’s overall headcount has grown and it has never had more women and people of color at the firm and in leadership/management positions. She has consistently gone above and beyond in her role, demonstrating exceptional expertise, leadership and dedication. Her contributions have not only elevated the performance and culture of the firm, but have also paved the way for the next generation of leaders in the industry.
