These key appointments support the firm’s continued national expansion and commitment to innovation, transparency, and regulatory excellence.
Barish
Justin Barish brings over a decade of experience across financial service digital marketing. He joins Lido from Cerity Partners, where he served as Head of Digital Marketing and Principal in the firm’s New York office. There, he led firmwide brand awareness and sales conversion strategies, managing long-term planning and tactical execution. He previously held leadership roles at Dynasty Financial Partners as Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Marketing. In his new role, Barish will oversee all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives to accelerate Lido’s growth and elevate its presence across platforms and audiences.
Ro
Elena Ro joins the firm following a 22-year tenure at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she most recently served as Associate Regional Director of the San Francisco office. In this role, she led the Division of Examinations’ regional program, overseeing compliance programs for registered investment advisers, broker dealers, and various investment entities.
At Lido, Ro will lead regulatory compliance and legal oversight, bringing deep expertise in examinations, enforcement, and investor protection.
