Donella Wilson leads GHJ’s nonprofit practice and serves as president and chief philanthropy officer of the GHJ Foundation. Wilson has driven significant growth and innovation by working alongside many leading charities and foundations in Southern California and helping countless nonprofits achieve their financial goals and maximize their impact.
Wilson’s expertise and guidance helped establish GHJ Foundation in 2020. She regularly advises her colleagues on methods of giving back to their community through volunteerism and board membership. In 2024, Wilson joined GHJ’s Executive Committee, further solidifying her role as a key leader as she shapes the future of the firm. Wilson was named a Best-in-State CPA in 2025 and a Top CPA in America in 2024 by Forbes.
