David Martinez is a partner and influential leader at Robins Kaplan, a national trial law firm. As an elected member of the firm’s Executive Board since 2019, Martinez plays a critical role in shaping policies that impact over 200 attorneys, including initiatives around firm strategy and practice group development, diversity, talent development, and compensation. He also serves as pro bono chair for the firm’s California offices, where he champions access to justice for underserved rural communities.
After serving in the US Navy, Martinez turned to law and developed a muti-faceted business and intellectual property litigation practice.
