For nearly three decades, Sascha Henry has defended companies against class actions and other sensitive and complex legal challenges. Well-versed in litigation across state and federal trial courts, along with appellate work in the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Henry uses practical business judgment to creatively reach optimal results for her clients, who view her as an exceptional litigator, trial lawyer and problem solver.
Henry co-leads Sheppard Mullin’s Business Trial practice group, which is not only the firm’s largest practice group but also one of its fastest growing. In 2024, the litigation-based practice group welcomed an unprecedented number of lateral hires, including eight partners, seven special counsel and 15 associates.
