She has deep experience litigating before federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, arbitral panels and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Zhong has served as lead inter partes review counsel and co-counsel in ex parte reexamination in diverse areas of technology at the PTAB. Some of her recent successes include obtaining non-institution decisions in OLED display and 5G wireless technologies. With an extensive background in engineering and research, she is well versed in technical areas such as semiconductor fabrication and packaging, computer architecture, telecommunications, A.I., renewable energy and chemicals and materials.
